Helped me rebuild my immune system. Several years ago, I was generally healthy until I started experiencing many health problems at 23. After consulting doctors, I was diagnosed with thyroid issues and chronic Lyme disease infections. My doctor recommended probiotics of this brand. I began with one daily and gradually increased to three. They initially upset my digestion, but improvements in my health were visible within weeks. I became less susceptible to illness and gradually improved my digestion and IBS. While I found taking several pills daily cumbersome, I credit these probiotics with significantly enhancing my immune health over the last five years.
